Experience & Leadership

Sandra currently serves as Vice President of Human Resources for a multi-state human services organization, where she oversees complex operations including workforce development, policy design, regulatory compliance, and organizational governance.

She regularly advises executive leadership and governing boards, builds accountable systems, and ensures programs operate in compliance with state and federal laws, while remaining equity-focused and fiscally responsible.

This experience prepares her to evaluate policy, ask the right questions, and make informed decisions that balance community priorities with real-world operational needs.
